when things are hard
My goal with this newsletter is to keep it light and encouraging. I want you to be motivated and inspired. But I also don’t want to blow smoke.
Sometimes things get tough. Sometimes the heaviness of the world is too much. Our lives full of challenges and upheaval.
What do we do?
I wish I had a good answer. But I’m struggling, too.
Here’s the best I’ve come up with: take a break.
Take a break from whatever you need to: social media, certain people, from creating, whatever. Sometimes taking breaks, even from things we love, can be an act of self-care. Those things will be there when we’re ready to come back to them.
So, that’s all I’ve got this month. No reading recommendations because I haven’t really been reading.
It’s time for a break.
